Cancellations and Refunds for Chillibreeze e-Products

We provide a money back guarantee under these conditions:

  • You respond within 30 days of the purchase of the product for a full refund, if you are unhappy with one of our e-Products.
  • You email  chillibreeze-products@chillibreeze.com or info@chillibreeze.com to claim a refund. Give us details of the purchase.
  • Please note that as part of our money back guarantee we will request you to answer a set of questions, which will be sent to you via email. Once we receive your feedback, we will process your refund.

We respond to messages within 48 hours during the week days – Monday to Saturday, India time. If your request comes over a weekend, then our response may be delayed. We apologize for the same, but we will address your concern at the earliest.
