Questions about our products:
- Are all the products on your site eProducts (soft copies) or do you have physical copies (hard copies) as well?
All our products are eProducts. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a link to download the product.
- I’ve paid for the product but have not received the link to the download. What should I do?
Please check your SPAM folder to ensure that the email containing the download link isn’t there. If it isn’t in your SPAM, please send an email to chillibreeze-products @ chillibreeze.com and we will email you the link right away.
Questions about modes of payment:
- I want to buy in INR. What are the possible payment options?
Indian customers can pay using credit card through PayPal. You can do this even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Go through the purchase process by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ and ‘Buy now’ buttons. Once you enter the PayPal gateway you will see an option at the bottom of the page that says, “Don’t have a PayPal account and wish to pay by Credit Card?” – Click on that link. This will lead you to a page where you enter your credit card details.
- Why are the rates in USD? What is the exchange rate that will be applied to my purchase?
Our Content Management System (CMS) allows us to display rates only in USD. In order to convert into the currency of your choice, please multiply the published rate on our site by the current exchange rate. Please note that this is an approximation only. The final value will be determined by your credit card issuing bank and PayPal.
Questions about customer service:
- How will I receive the product that I buy?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to download the product. You have up to 5 tries to download the product before the link expires.
- What happens if my payment goes through and the product does not reach me?
If you don’t receive the link in your email, please check your SPAM to ensure that it hasn’t been sent to that folder. If the link isn’t in your SPAM also, please send an email to chillibreeze-products @ chillibreeze.com and we will email you the link right away.
- What happens if I do not like the product?
If you are dissatisfied with the product that you have purchased, please write to us at chillibreeze-products @ chillibreeze.com stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will review this and then process a refund, if applicable. For further information about this, please read our customer service policies here.
- Do you have any discounts for large orders?
We would be happy to talk to you about bulk orders and the discounts on those. Please contact us at chillibreeze-products@chillibreeze.com and our sales team will get in touch with you with more information. This is especially useful for our range of Assessments (link to it) and other courses (link to editing course) that could be used throughout your company.
- I have a specific question about a product I bought. Who do I contact?

Questions about creating an account in our Store:
- Can I buy without creating an account?
Yes, you do not have to create an account to buy at our store. You have the option to checkout as a guest. But there are some benefits to creating your user account.
- How will I benefit by creating an account?
- Your address and other information will be automatically saved so you won’t have to re-enter the details every time you shop our store.
- You will be able to accumulate reward points that you can redeem against future purchases.
- I do not want to be spammed by emails – how do you ensure my email id is not circulated?
Chillibreeze has a very strict policy on protecting customer information. We do not circulate email ids or any other contact information. We do not SPAM you with mailers, newsletters and other such material unless you explicitly agree to receive such information from us.
